A game that won't load, a button that does nothing, progress that vanished. Tell me what you were doing and what you expected instead. If a screen showed you a reference code, keep it in the message, because it points me straight at the failure in the logs.

A player at the wrong club, a nationality that is out of date, a career step that never happened, a card with the wrong photo. These are the messages I act on fastest, because they make the games measurably better for everyone.
Two things make a correction easy to apply: which sport and which day you saw it, and what the right answer should be. You can also report from inside the game, where the links fill that in for you.
